Do you support a free test of your software?

When you want to test our software we can support you in its installation and configuration. In addition, we offer a free “Performance Audit” service, in which, based on the test operation of our tool, we examine the performance and prepare a report on the bottlenecks of the system. If during the test of the software you encounter any problems with its use, you can contact us by phone (8-16 hours) or send us a message by e-mail, and we will give you support in solving the problem.

Is it possible to test Performance Monitor?

You can download the installation version of our software from our website and use the full version for a period of 30 days. If after 30 days you do not want to decide to purchase the full version license, the program will automatically switch to the free version mode, where advanced features are not available, but it is possible to monitor basic performance parameters.

What is the Performance Monitor license model?

DBPLUS Performance Monitor in versions for Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL is currently licensed per database instance.

Is using Performance Monitor safe for my database?

Our tool is fully secure for the database. It does not change anything on its own in the database and does not generate a noticeable load. The use of our software will never result in loss of data, slowness or violation of any license provisions of the applications using the database.
